From the Owner – Jacquline and Alan Cottrell: “Our mission when we opened was to gather a team of like-minded people and provide food with integrity in a relaxed environment. Our Customers have responded really well and we are thrilled and pleased by what we have achieved in such a short while, particularly as an Independent bespoke business new to Plymouth. We have a great team who are all passionate about food, from where it comes from to how it is served. Our Plymouth venture is new for us as a family but we have always been into people and making a difference to their lives- and the DHB does just that.”
