Scott is the owner & editor of the BarbicanWaterfront.com. He lived on the Barbican for a number of years above a busy pub where he also to DJ. He continues to keep close ties with the Plymouth Barbican community regularly visiting the area & is a member of the Association of Barbican Businesses (ABB).
