Halloween on the Barbican is back! Now in it’s 4th year taking place during the half term (25th – 31st October) and it’s set to be the biggest one yet!
First up is our popular annual free family fun Halloween trail, created and designed by the team at the Tourist Information Centre. This year’s theme: “Don’t Feed the Sea-Ghouls!” Don’t forget a pen to complete your trail form.

You’ll soon be looking for tricks and treats, so the Barbican has combined the two in our annual Halloween trail! Pick up your trail leaflet from the The Mayflower Museum and Tourist Information Centre here on the Barbican and…
The Trick – follow the havoc our Sea-Ghouls have created around the shops on the Barbican, you’ll find their green splats in the shop windows, don’t look up or one might land on you !
Treat – find them all and collect your treat from the Tourist Information Centre!
NEW! – Spooky light effects and projections
Thanks to the Plymouth Waterfront Partnership and courtesy of PL1 Events, we have a Halloween themed lighting and projections this year to help enhance the area and make it more fun for children taking part in the early evenings, from Tuesday 26th October.
Barbican Trader Halloween offers & events
And there’s more! Scott and Kamila from the Barbican Waterfront website are helping to list offers from retail offers, food, drinks and activities taking place amongst the Barbican traders over the week. Including:
• Annabel’s Cabaret & Discotheque – Burlesque show featuring a spectacular lineup! (Thursday 28th Oct)
