Commencing on Monday 4th April and lasting several months gas works will be taking place on the outskirts of the Barbican area. This will impact some routines into the Barbican, but diversions will be in place to minimise any distruption. The works will take place through Nott Street and near the enterance to Southside Street (start 4th April – 13th May). The Barbican Road leading up to the Mayflower Steps will be uneffected. This means the barbican’s many sights, restaurants, pubs and attractions will still be open and ready to welcome you.
All planned events will be taking place starting with the International Jazz and Blues Festival from the 29th April.
