The Pipe Gallery – Exhibit Plymouth photographers Alan Smith & Matthew Elliott

The Pipe Gallery, run by Thais Lenkiewicz, in New Street is fast establishing itself as a place to watch with an exciting and varied program of changing exhibitions, often only lasting for a few days.

Next week-end two Plymouth-based photographers Alan Smith and Matthew Elliott are going to exhibit their photography work at the gallery. Both have a refreshingly unique style of contemporary urban photography, which is very much worth finding the Pipe Gallery for.

Alan returned to Plymouth recently after having spent 10 years in Japan. Matthew turned to Photography after leaving the Marines and is currently studying towards a degree in Photography.

The exhibition will run for two days, the 16th to the 17th of June, but the main focus is on an event on the 16th from 7.30pm with music and refreshments. All are welcome and the exhibition and event are free.
